Excellent design skills are necessary, but a strong understanding of the business of design is also critical to success as a Creative Director. With over 16 years of diverse creative management experience, understanding the client's needs and goals have become second nature to me. My experience as a Creative Director has afforded me to effectively build great creative teams and drive innovative design solutions.
This experience has also allowed me to excel at creating departmental processes and policies, strategic marketing, resource allocation and prioritization, budgeting, trend monitoring, usability standards, research and more; all key elements to focus on the client's ROI, goals and success.

As Einstein once said, "No problem can be solved by the same consciousness that created it. We need to see the world anew." I am always striving to learn more, expand on my skills, learn new ones and always raise the bar of success. Whether it's accumulating CEU's focused on design, technology, marketing and management to engaging in organizations such as the Design Management Institute or the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Assoc. to relentless research, webinars and conferences to the desire to simply learn new questions to answer, I am always trying to see the world around me in new ways. These experiences all contribute to my abilities to find the next best solution.
